We prioritize dispatching orders promptly, typically within 48 hours on business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via phone call or SMS with an updated dispatch timeline.

  • Shipping Charges in Pakistan: A flat rate of Rs. 200 applies to all orders, regardless of size.
  • Delivery in Lahore: Orders are delivered within 2 business days via our in-house service. For urgent delivery, please contact us directly.
  • Nationwide Delivery: We use reliable courier services for delivery across Pakistan, with an estimated time of 2–4 business days.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, contact us at info@masaakali.com to get shipping cost estimates based on your destination.

Exchange Policy

Masaakali offers a 7-day exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging with the seal intact.
  • The packaging must not be tampered with.

Note: Items purchased during sales can only be exchanged or returned if the received product does not match your order.

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Email us at info@masaakali.com with your exchange request.
  2. Mention the order number, reason for exchange, and the items being exchanged.
  3. Return the item to us in its original packaging with the seal intact.
  4. We will ship the replacement item to your address.
  5. Shipping charges for the re-shipment will apply.

Returns Policy

Masaakali will refund (via credit voucher) or replace any goods that are faulty or damaged. If you change your mind about your purchase, products can be returned for a refund under these conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase or order information must be included.

How to Return an Item

  1. Take a picture of the faulty or damaged product.
  2. Email us at info@masaakali.com with the return request, attaching the pictures and reason for the return.
  3. Include your order number and item details in the email.
  4. Return the product in its original packaging with the seal intact.
  5. We will issue a credit voucher equal to the value of the returned item.
  6. Shipping charges for the re-shipment will apply.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

  • If the order has not been shipped, it can be canceled.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
