Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details. Our priority is to dispatch your items promptly. Typically, orders are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 hours (on business days). If an item is out of stock, we will inform you via phone call or SMS with an updated dispatch timeline.
- Shipping Charges in Pakistan: A flat rate of Rs. 200 applies to all orders, regardless of size.
- Delivery Services: We use Leopards, Trax, Blue Ex, and TCS for deliveries across Pakistan.
- Delivery Time: Orders outside Lahore are delivered within 2–4 business days.
- International Shipping: For international orders, we use DHL. Please contact us at info@masaakali.com to get shipping cost estimates based on your destination.
